One of my early posts suggested that curiosity, critical thinking and a dash of awareness (the foundation for mindful scepticism) would help with eco-anxiety… along with the practical touching the earth you suggest.

Do you think that such evidence exploration could help some people? I made an assumption it would.

Absolutely! Excellent article, thank you for sharing. Yes, too often we consume media that is designed to alarm us in order to get more shares, and it lacks nuance. This is true in many issues, including the environment. Mindful skepticism is essential as a layer of self-protection from unnecessary levels of psychological harm.
