This hits home. I’ve found that my routine keeps me anchored in a world that’s always trying to pull me in 10 different directions. Presence with my boys is a big one—eye contact, some laughs, and one real, honest affirmation a day. If I hit 5 out of my 10 non-negotiables, I count it a win. Anything more? Just means I’m showing up even better for the people I love.
